The vacuum sweep system concentrates suction power in one localized area, the nozzle. Debris is swept into the nozzle path by a side broom and extension broom located underneath the machine, where it is efficiently lifted up by the suction airflow and deposited in the debris body. A large 174 sq. in. (112,000 mm) suction nozzle with unique design extends out 15 in. (381 mm) beyond the tire. With the side broom, a total extension of 36 in. (914 mm) beyond the tire allows the operator to reach debris other sweepers leave behind. The large 36 in. (914 mm) diameter, high torque side brooms can be operated individually or together to produce a 12 ft. (3658 mm) wide sweep path.
